If you see a problem or water leak with our sprinkler system at any of the entrances, please contact Jerry Leeseberg, 972-539-3039.  The quicker that problems are identified, the quicker we can get them fixed (which will save on our water bill).

 If you plan to build a patio cover, replace a fence, change the color of your home exterior, erect a storage shed, or other exterior construction, paint, shingle color, you still need to go through the architectural control committee for approval prior to construction!   If you are in doubt as to whether you need approval, email them at:  TimberviewEstatesWest_acc@yahoo.com

Our subdivision speed limit is 25 MPH.  There is a no tolerance attitude in our subdivision for people that speed.  If you have a problem with someone that consistently speeds through the neighborhood, you can call the Flower Mound non- emergency number 972-539-0525 and give them the description of the car and license plate number.  The call is anonymous and they will send a letter to the home of the registered owner.

Our trash pickup day is Tuesday and bulk pickup is on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Please check the Town's website regarding holiday pickup schedule. In general, if the major holiday (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas) happens to fall on a Monday or a Tuesday, then this could result in pickup being delayed by one day, but the other "no mail delivery holidays" generally does NOT result in a delay. Since Thanksgiving always falls on a Thursday, our Tuesday pickup day for that week is not affected.
