Hi,
The Adult Social and Dinner was a great success
and hopefully this will be an annual event.
Everyone had a great time meeting new friends
and catching up with old friends that we have
not seen outside for awhile due to the lovely
winter weather we have had.
This is really important
and we need the help of people that love this
subdivision. We have 3 positions open for the
board of directors for 2010. The position is for
2 years. We have 2 candidates that have
offered to run and we need at least one or
more. Cathy Barnfield will not be returning and
she has been our secretary who also does our
newsletter. We need her talent replaced on the
board. If you are the person or know of a
friend that could offer a couple of hours a
month of their time, please contact a board
member and let us know you are interested in
being on the board or would like more
information about being on the board

If you see a problem or water leak with our
sprinkler system at any of the entrances, please
call Jone Harrison, 972-355-8521. I oversee
this and we have always had problems. The
quicker I know about it the quicker we can get
it fixed and save on our water bill.
The board is in the process of hiring an
individual to oversee the code enforcement for
the subdivision. If you are interested contact
me immediately as we are starting the
interviewing process.
If you plan to build a patio cover, replace
a fence, change the color of your home exterior,
erect a storage shed, or other exterior
construction, paint, shingle color, you still
need to go through the architectural control
committee for approval prior to construction!

Our subdivision speed limit is 25 MPH. There is a no tolerance attitude in our
subdivision for people that speed. If you have
a problem with someone that consistently speeds
through the neighborhood, you can call the
Flower Mound non emergency number 972-539-0525
and give them the description of the car and
license plate number. The call is anonymous and
they will send a letter to the home of the
registered owner.
